PARENT/GUARDIAN AGREEMENT I, the parent/guardian of the registrant, a minor, agree and understand that once this registration form is submitted to Hudson Soccer, that: (1) NO REFUNDS will be available, (2) I grant Hudson Soccer the right to use and publish pictures containing the registrant, (3) I agree to not sue Hudson Soccer or any Hudson Soccer board members, (4) I have read and understand the Player and Adult Protection Guidelines and the Hudson Soccer Privacy Policy (posted on this web site), (4) I agree to abide by the rules of the USYSA, WYSA and Hudson Soccer, and (5) I agree that the registrant is to play for Hudson Soccer and no other soccer club for the registered soccer season as per MYSA guidelines. Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with the game of soccer and, in consideration for the USYSA, WYSA and/or Hudson Soccer accepting the registrant for its soccer programs and activities, I hereby release, discharge, and/or otherwise indemnify USYSA, WYSA and Hudson Soccer, their affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees, directors, members, agents and associated personnel, including the owners of the fields and facilities used by Hudson Soccer, against any and all claims by, or on behalf of, the registrant as a result of the registrant's participation in Hudson Soccer programs and/or being transported to and from the same, which transportation I hereby authorize, including any and all claims for injuries, damages or other losses.

Traveling Soccer is open for U9 to U18 players. For U11 and up 2011 Soccer Try-outs are on Sunday, September 12 at the Hudson Soccer Complex. Alternate Rain Date will be on September 19. To see the tentative tryout times please click on the Traveling tab above. The times may change so please look for an e-mail before the tryout date, confirming the specific times for each age group. If you have not fulfilled your volunteer service hours for the current soccer year, your child will not be allowed to tryout until you pay the outstanding balance of the non-volunteer fee per player. The best way to register is online (it only takes a few minutes). We now have the Medical Release form on line so be sure to fill it out for each player. If you need to purchase a uniform just fill in the size (YXL, AS, AM, AL or AXL) and the $80 uniform fee will be added. If you do not need a uniform leave that field blank. You can pick the pay by check at the end if you do not want to pay by credit card. If you pay by check you are NOT considered a registered player until HSA receives your payment.
