HSA Families,
In an effort to get our players in home training. These are specifically designed, age appropriate soccer and fitness sessions. They are 30 min sessions, 3x a week. Each session has a write up or description on how to do the activity. If it calls for a cone and you do not have one, be creative and use a shoe or something to replicate. This will keep our players active while still being socially isolated. Please stay safe but also active.
