WHAT: Spaghetti, Pizza, Salad, and Soda Feed + Split the Pot and Basket Raffles

WHEN: Tuesday, December 13th from 5pm - 9pm

WHERE: Willow River Inn | Carbone's - 1106 County Rd A Hudson (Burkhardt area)

COST: $15 per ticket, with a portion of each ticket donated to Hudson Soccer.  Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door.

SPLIT THE POT RAFFLE: $5 a ticket, $20 for 5 tickets.  

First place winner splits the overall pot.  Second place winner receives $100.  Third place winner receives $50.  Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the event.  Winners not need be present.

DETAILS:  Hudson Soccer is excited to host an evening of good food, fun, and raising funds.  The event includes an AYCE feed, split the pocket raffle, and basket raffle.

We need YOUR help to make this event a success.  Please consider preselling Split the Pot raffle tickets and AYCE feed event tickets.  In return, we will award the top two sellers and one random seller with some great prizes! ($100 for first place, $80 Target GC for second place, $40 Target GC for one seller via a random drawing of ALL sellers). 

Tickets for preselling can be picked up in the Meeting Room of the Hudson Soccer Indoor Training Facility (located in the back of TCO/Catalyst at 1830 Hanley Rd in Hudson - look for the HSA Soccer door) on the following nights between 5:30pm and 7:30pm: 11/22, 11/23, 11/27, 11/30, 12/5, 12/6, 12/11, 12/12

Split the Pot and event tickets will also be available for purchase (cash or credit) during those times.

WHY: Funds raised will assist with recent complex repairs from vandalism, paying off current complex mortgage, winter facility upgrade, and continuing to offer soccer for all incomes.  This fall alone, we have awarded over $25,000 in financial aid!

DONATIONS NEEDED:  We are needing donations for this event in the form of gift cards, tickets, or gifts.  If you are willing to donate an item, please contact katischenz@outlook.com  Donations are tax deductible and you will be given a receipt.

TRAVEL FAMILIES: Help is needed with this event and with ticket pick up/presale, please check dibs to claim a shift.  Please read shift descriptions carefully, there's a handful of youth shifts.
