• Fall Rec is an eight week session of soccer Saturday mornings from August 24th to October 12th, with a make up date of October 19th.
• The Fourth Annual Kick or Treat Festival will be Saturday, October 5th, including a jamboree for all U9 - U12 teams.
• Each week will have a focus, such as passing, dribbling, etc.
• Players are assigned to teams based on age using TCSL/US Soccer Club Age Guidelines
• U4 sessions are an introduction to soccer with fun play based stations and a basic scrimmage.
• U5 - U12 sessions will include training/skills and a game.
• All sessions will be at the Hudson Soccer Complex.
• Volunteer Coaches are needed at U5 - U13+ age groups!  Coaches receive a refund of 50% on their child's session of Rec  (must coach a minimum 7 of the 8 sessions).  Lesson plans, videos, and assistance will be provided to all coaches.
• Individual and Team Photos will be taken and available to order.
• Medals provided.
• Concessions and restrooms available on-site.

ADDITIONAL REC INFORMATION:

Teams will be rostered for all ages levels up to U13+ and rely on parent volunteers to coach. For those of you on the fence, we will provide simple weekly coaching instructions from our Rec Soccer Directors.  We encourage you to think about the positive impact you can have on our Hudson Soccer youth.  All Head Coaches will receive a reimbursement of 50% of Rec as compensation for coaching (must coach 7 of the 8 sessions OR 3 of 4 summer sessions).

We offer soccer to ALL incomes and want to remind you that Hudson Soccer Association has an application for financial support that you can fill out online; we will ensure and respect your privacy. Please allow HSA two weeks to respond to the applications.  Please fill out the application PRIOR to registering.

REC FAQ'S

WHAT SHOULD MY PLAYER WEAR?

Participants will receive a jersey on the first day of Rec that should be worn every week along with shin guards, soccer socks, and cleats.

WHAT SHOULD THEY BRING TO EACH SESSION?

Soccer ball (U5-U6: size 3, U7-U12: size 4, U13+: size 5), water bottle, sanitizer, and weather appropriate apparel.

WHERE CAN WE PARK?

Parking is permitted anywhere INSIDE the Hudson Soccer Complex.  There is NO PARKING on surrounding streets around the Hudson Soccer Complex, those that park on streets will be ticketed and/or towed.

DOES MY PLAYER GET A TEAM/INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS?

All registered participants will receive an email each season regarding individual and team photos.  It is optional to purchase individual and team photos.   Please note, we do not do Team/Individual photos during Summer Rec.
