Competitive Soccer Program Refund Policy:

If you have registered in the Travel Program and decide not to participate, the following schedule will be used to determine your refund, if any.

If you withdraw by 2 weeks after publication of team formation for the playing season, HSA will refund your entire registration fee, less $75 to cover TCSL registration and online transaction fees paid by HSA.  This does not include the tryout fee.

NO REFUNDS for withdrawals after the 2 week period with this exception:

- Player was not able to be placed on a team

- Player has an injury with a medical note

In these cases all registration fees will be refunded based on the participation time frame, less uniform costs.

Please note that you will not be formally dropped from the program until you have contacted Kati, even if you have notified your coach or anyone else.
